George (GW) Slaughter is the Founder and Managing  Member of GW Slaughter, The Entrepreneur’s Coach, a coaching and educational company for entrepreneurs and business owners looking to start scale or get unstuck, and AIMS Coaches, a company focused on providing business owners with the guidance and support that brings their vision to life!

GW launched his first successful business in 1999, Accuright Appraisals, a real estate appraisal company—GW’s optimism and willingness to be an early adopter of technology paid off big. Within two years, his company became one of the top three producers in the state of Georgia. He would then take his capital and leadership experience into other areas, purchasing and building businesses in retail, investments, service, and technology.  

After experiencing the devastation of the significant economic downturn in 2008, GW lost it all and moved his family to his hometown of St Louis, MO, to start again. He took a management position at a local Ford dealership, where he catapulted their internet sales department from 168th to 4th in the nation. 

Success in the automotive industry was not enough for GW, he needed more; the entrepreneur in him was restless. In 2009, he launched what would become St. Louis Web Pros, a digital marketing company focused on helping businesses make an impact on the Internet. These were the early days of online video and social media. The power of early adoption would pay off for him once again. 

With a heart for giving and a talent for networking, his success came fast. 

While building his business, GW was instrumental in helping others grow their organizations and influenced the commercial success of hundreds of other business owners. He worked on the marketing teams at the Chesterfield and West County Chambers of  Commerce and built the largest, most decorated BNI chapter in the MO/IL area. He has received dozens of awards and accolades for his work in the business and philanthropic communities. 

In 2018, GW sold his marketing company and began his journey as a business coach. In a few short years, he’s helped colleagues and clients make millions of dollars in revenue in various industries, all while living their best lives. The AIMS coaching method (Accountability-Implementation-Mindset-Strategy) he developed is the cornerstone of his philosophy for success. 

GW has been called  “The Dream Weaver” due to his gift for leading clients from the idea stage to the business prosperity and success they have always dreamed about. 

He is the author of the book “The Room Is Better Because I’m In It.” This book details the power of adding value to every room you walk into. 

GW is the father of four incredible adult children and six lovely grandchildren. He loves to golf and travel the world. His goal is to golf in all 50 states and on 6 continents, and he is well on his way.
